Manage, monitor and analyze all aspects of the end-to-end supplier operational experience,

• Ensure the efficiency and compliance on service levels (SLA) of the direct delivery flow (warehouse entries, deliveries and pick-ups from suppliers), the reverse delivery flow (failed deliveries, customer returns, aging stocks) and general availability of stocks
