VMWARE 2019 - Present

Senior Director, Customer Adoption and System Test Engineering Managed a global team of 60+ System Test and Customer Success Engineers in the development, launch, and support of the VMware Cloud Foundation product that orchestrates a Software Defined Data Center.

> Spearheaded a product resilience testing initiative in response to production outages at prominent customer sites. Within 3 months, defined and operationalized a comprehensive resiliency testing strategy that prevented defect escape to customer environments.
