Client acquired a new company and had us implement their current PeopleSoft Financials/SCM application to the new company as a new Business Unit and have the old MS Great Plains data be converted and moved to the PeopleSoft architecture including Processes and Reports. This was done within 3 phases for the 3 different Customer Types of data.
Developed the Data Conversion Program/Tool for converting Customers and Contacts using Component Interfaces and the ExcelToCI tool.
Developed a custom Price Rules Conversion program which is a combination of custom App Engine program and using the delivered Application Message and the related Service/Service Operation and Queue. This conversion program was later on enhanced to be more dynamic to be used as a custom Integration from different 3rd party clients.
