Trained Parts managers remotely, with PartsEye software. Helped managers correct a variety of issues with their DMS and Inventory. Face to face training with the software representing the company in México.

Department consisted of over 25 employees, with two warehouse areas. Inventory of $ 1,300,000 with minimal obsolescence. Developed a business plan to promote accessory business to hit purchase and bonus objectives. Had parts counter persons in five different locations, 7 days a week operation, covering retail and wholesale markets and 50 BMW and MINI techs on site.

June 1995 to December 2012 South Motors of Dade County, Miami, FL.

Developed a BMW/MINI Dealership from 5 employees to 28 employees. Increased gross profit from $80,000 to over $600,000 monthly. Grew wholesale business to over $300,000 a month in sales in a very competitive market. Inventory of $2,000,000. Obsolescence was reduced by proper purchasing and regular factory returns. Achieved Center of Excellence Award from BMW in 2 different years.

September 1985 to June 1995 Braman BMW, Miami, FL

Directors were eliminated and dealers were set up as corporations under General Managers, some were sold. By choice, returned to my prior BMW Parts Manager position.

June 1985 to September 1985 Braman Management, Miami, FL.

Assistant to the Parts and Service Director for Braman Management. Covered 11 rooftops and 17 franchises in multi cities in Florida, from Sanford, Florida to South Miami, Florida. Assisted the Parts and Service Director in charge of 11 Parts Managers for imports and domestic brands. Brands included Cadillac, BMW, Dodge, Fiat, Honda, Rolls Royce, Toyota, Honda Motorcycles, Porsche, Audi, VW, DeLorean.

June 1983 t0 June 1985 Braman BMW, Miami, FL.

Promoted to Braman BMW from Braman Honda. Took a department in the red and poorly managed to the number one BMW Dealer in the US within 5 years. Reduced obsolescence from 45% t0 2% within 2 years. Won Fixed Ops Award within Braman Enterprises in multiple months in one year.

April 1980 to June 1983 Braman Honda, Miami, FL.

Appointed the Parts Manager at this dealership when it opened. Took business from a single employee to 12 employees in less than 3 years. Business developed from $25,000 gross profit per month to over $225,000 monthly in same period of time. Obsolescence was reduced from 65% to 1% in same time. Store rose from 2nd to last in market to the 2nd best store in the market.

August 1978 to April 1980 Braman Cadillac, Miami, FL.

From entry level position to counter person within 6 months. Promoted to Honda Parts Manager in 1980.

Learned many principles of the automotive business there, advancing with Braman to Parts Manager, Assistant to the Parts and Service Director in 1985.
