Work Experience:

● Prosource (BP). Retained data from BP computers and Servers then erased the hardware during a recent buyout by Hillcorp of BP.

● Aramark Alaska Regional IT Manager (May 2018 to present). Implemented wireless network on two properties owned by Aramark at Denali National Park. Provided IT support for three different points of sales systems. Improved company networking capabilities by examining company bandwidth usage and implementing a better way of doing business. Administered four different PBX’s. Provided support in network troubleshooting with various vendors and provided IT support to over 500 employees.

● Subcontractor for Compucom (Wipro). Upgraded computers from windows 7 to 10

● F2 Onsite. Dell parts replacements for desktop and laptop personal computers.

● United States Air Force (USAF) (2011-2017). Planned and implemented various networks to include phone, data, security, and wireless. Planned for facility support to include UPS replacement for nodes and facilities.

● United States Army (2000-2011) Planned and implemented data, phone, trunked radio system (Alaska Land Mobile Radio [ALMR]), VTC Networks, and Security Networks for sensors and CCTV. This work also included facility operations because of the high turnover rate of military on Fort Richardson, Wainwright and Greely. I was also in charge of maintaining various network circuits for critical services in support of various Army missions statewide. From 2000- 2005 I was in charge of Army VTC Networks as well as the changeover from an analog trunked radio system (Erricson) to a data network (Motorola) ALMR. All of these networks were supported by Microsoft networks, which I was an administrator on some of them. ● United States Army (1993-1999). Responsible for United States Army Alaska (USARAK) VTC networks on three installations in Alaska. This included planning and operations for Ethernet, POTS service, and ISDN VTC services. All facilities were Microsoft supported.

● United States Air Force (1989-1992). Responsible for maintaining a database in support of deploying personnel in support of various missions to include Desert Shield Certifications:
