Analyzing PPP forgiveness loans for the Quality assurance team. Oversaw 7 employees, that I monitored their work flow and efficiency on a daily basis. Working alongside SBA leaders to give decisions on the forgiveness of the PPP loans, while always leading change during this new process.
Developed team members to understand the QA process and handle large cases of PPP forgiveness loans. While being effective and efficient with a high attention to detail.

Creating branch strategy around growth in deposits, investments and credit, by using Mortgage and Financial Advisors to grow a deeper relationship with our current and new Bank Clients.

Managed and grew a book of business of 165 employers with 94.7% of them having 50 + employees by working with local branches and building relationships with business clients.
Increased household growth of 6% in 2014 by introducing the Wells Fargo at Work program to large employers and their employees.
Implemented training of bankers and showed a 25% increase in the number of on sites booked by hosting call events and in-house coaching to gain new household acquisitions.
Increased proxy revenue by $31,000 by working with Business Banking managers to deepen client relationships and offering the Wells Fargo at Work program to educate their clients on finances.
