● Composed a 550,000 square foot area tree document that consisted of 403 residential units. This file will be used to help the construction team execute their punchlist towards the conclusion of the project.
● Completed a team capstone assignment which examined how general contractors could expand their business practices by offering technological and installation solutions to hospitals that mitigate the risks of future pandemics.
● Participated in residential unit mock-up for property owner and developer, Washington Property Group.
