SUMMARY

As a twenty three year old who has worked in the customer service, food industry, and the personal training fields, I have gained the keen ability to manage and adapt to a fast paced and ever changing environment with an iconic, smile and laugh. That said, being able to cultivate both customer and coworker friendships that stand to this day have made the years seem almost easy. However, I have not yet had the opportunity to use my secret talent, writing. As a self published poet, becoming a writer, journalist, or anything in this field has always had a certain shine to it.

TUSK & CUP, RIDGEFIELD/WILTON, CT — AUGUST 2019-MARCH 2020 Hired as a cashier but, assist in all aspects of daily operations including food service, barista, customer relations, and regularly opening the shop early in the morning. EVERGREEN INN & TAVERN, WOODBURY, CT — JULY 2019-FEBRUARY 2020 Hired as a waitress and cater to local well-known clientele at an upscale tavern. I also assist in restaurant closing procedures and customer interactions regularly. PANERA BREAD, TORRINGTON, CT — NOVEMBER 2013-MAY 2019 Hired as a Retail Associate and was later promoted to an Associate Trainer position. Initially responsible for nightly closing and after three years, transitioned to early morning opening and managing the drive thru. Frequently assisted in daily operations while ensuring corporate procedures were followed.
