ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, SKY ZONE SAN DIEGO (ENTERTAINMENT CENTER); CHULA VISTA, CA — FEBRUARY 2015 - JULY 2018 My day to day routine consisted of opening and closing managerial duties along with regularly handling on-the-fly requests from investors, team members, and customers. I hired and trained all new team members, while managing and nurturing our existing team with daily interaction, monthly staff meetings (weekly staff meetings for our sales team). At any given time I directly managed over 50 employees, and more than 200 events monthly. I was the ‘tip of the customer service spear’ and insured that we had standard operating procedures for handling common customer concerns, as well as day-to-day customer experiences. Indian Hills is a non-profit camp for children and teenagers. The main location is in Jamul, CA. However, we also made a summer trip to several orphanages throughout Mexico. As a camp counselor at Indian Hills camp I was responsible for a different group of 7-12 young girls each week. From morning to evening I spent time building lasting relationships with my group of girls by playing games, doing crafts and acting out skits along with preparing healthy meals three times a day.
