Employee Leasing

I was Promoted from Aarons Inc. (Parent Company) to create, develop, and execute a link between 2000+ Aarons stores and Progressive Leasing (Virtual Lease Purchase) customers through a national External Field Returns Program. I was able to create a department that merged the back-end processes and connected end-users directly to both companies, along with the brick & mortar locations. This was a 5-year assignment that ended recently, and I sustained ZERO employee turnover the entire period of time.
