• Check Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) for each activity to ensure that they adequately reflect the specified requirements and that the ITP’s are being followed properly.

• Raising inspections and clearing them from consultants in accordance with the approved shop drawings, and verifying the comments raised from consultant.

• Co-ordination with the Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, Design Engineers & QA/QC Engineers for timely completion of the job.

• Attend Consultant’s Technical meeting with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Co- Staff and Sub contractors.Testing&Commissioning of HVAC system,FM-200,1G-100 systems.

• Prepares and conducts MEP Weekly progress meeting with the Sub contractors.

• Inspection, maintenance and security of all tools, equipment and personal protective clothing.

• Check shop drawings, coordination drawings and specifications of the project to insure the results indicated are being achieved well.

• Close out for Snagging and De-Snagging,Producing the As built drawings. Project handover documents submission O&M manuals, Attic stocks, Warranty Certificates etc.

• Preparation of weekly progress report.
