C3 or Chase Card Core provides high speed centralized processing in support of Chase Credit card operations focusing on authorization and transactions processing.

Identify the Gaps in the existing architecture of the organization's current computer systems through Gap analysis and cost benefit analysis.

Propose business solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively by conducting workshops.

Work closely with Product owner (Business) and technical team to derive the solution for the project through elicitation process and create user stories with acceptance criteria.

Conduct JAD session and facilitate working session with Product owners (Business) and Scrum team( IT Technical) to finalize the use cases, acceptance criteria for the user stories.

Current Project is a Migrating some of the accounts in CMS & GMS applications to New Bank called W&G so that later they can sell it to vendor as a standalone. I was working on the activities which will not disturb the BAU flow and supports easy migration of accounts.

As part of this project, we supported the issues or concerns raised by Loan customers for applications OLBB and OLMS. We also worked on the change requests for upgrading or adding new features to the OLBB and OLMS products.

The existing programs have high cyclomatic and essential complexity which makes the existing system difficult to understand and maintain. The purpose of the project is to reduce the Complexity of the system and increase the maintainability by Modularizing and Restructuring the existing programs.

To analyze the existing code and removing the unwanted declarations and code which is no more used.

To minimize the Essential complexity, we are fixing the out of perform jumps, Live Exits,

Recursions.

To minimize the Cyclomatic complexity, we are Extracting the functionality into a separate sub program.

As a part of Testing, we done the Unit testing of Restructure and Modularization programs.

Involved in the allocation of components for restructure and modularization.

Involved in creating the permeant packages for the components by system wise.

Quality related Final Installation reviews for the Components moving to production.

I lead the team of 10 members for a period of three months.

Testing the existing Programs for LOGCP to COMIT changes and RESTART logic.

As part of Datacom to DB2 conversion, we tested the ‘Data Reporter’ language to COBOL–DATACOM programs conversion.
