Job description:
Responsibility of Line Incharge & Supervisor:
A line manager is responsible for managing employees and resources to achieve specific functional or organizational goals.
Some of these include: Recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions.
Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift
Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hour
Enforce all safety and processing producers
Enables effective communications between management and operators
Train new employees and coach existing employees
Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5s protocol
Investigate and report all incidents(spills, accidents, poor performance,oobs/ncbs)
Manufacture and park products as necessary
Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
Responsibility of Calibration Technician:
Performed maintenance and calibration by comparing support equipment to calibration standards of accuracy to detect variations from performance specifications.
Repaired, adjusted, aligned, or trimmed to bring out-of-specification items to within specified limits.
Trained and qualified eight technicians using job qualification requirement guidelines.
Maintained approved instrument greater calibration procedures and commercial manuals for calibration or repair of support equipment throughout fleet activities.
Manage all support services related to production facility, including weighing and dispensing operations.
Cable addition, calibration (load cell testing and weight testing), load cell tester testing and digital PCB version changing.
Inventory and storage of raw materials. Regular testing and evaluation of various load cell models.
Ensured the timely completion of work harmonization with the relevant engineering disciplines.
Contributed to various department process through in departmental monitoring.
Qualification:
B.E. Instrumentation and Control Engineering from AVC College of Engineering, Mayiladuthurai in April 2016 with 74%, Anna University Chennai.
Passed Diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from A D J Dharmambal Polytechnic College, Nagapattinam in 2013 with 92.75%, DOTE Chennai.
Passed HSC With 58.5% From G.H.S.S, Thittachery in 2011
Passed SSLC With 79 % From G.H.S.S, Thittachery in 2009.
