IMVU is a global 3D avatar-based social community of over 5 million monthly active users. I was leading efforts to expand the product offerings and increase customer retention and engagement across various platforms including mobile and desktop, reporting directly to the Head of Product.

• Created stakeholder consensus and alignment across the organization’s leadership and project partners by planning the IMVU gaming product roadmap and presenting business use cases of multiplayer mini-games and avatar chats on mobile and desktop
