Customer service plays an important role in maintaining positive company experiences. As the main point of contact, customer service representatives act on behalf of the company's clients (mainly tech startups), answering questions, providing product or service information, and handling any complaints or positive feedback. We rarely deal with customers face to face as we are a fully remote workforce, so we do this by phone, or through electronic communication, but in all cases, we serve as the voice of the company. As such, it’s important to be personable, professional, and helpful when working in this position. As part of the Influx family, I work with a variety of startups across the globe to provide exceptional customer and technical support.

As part of the family, I get to work on projects that make the internet a safer place, help train self-driving vehicles, help improve the performance of teams across a variety of sports and make work easier for repetitive tasks. Apart from doing these amazing tasks on a variety of projects my responsibility also includes;
