Authored and implemented all administrative policies pursuant to Local, State and Federal Employment Law. This included our initial Employee Handbook in 2009, and all amendments pursuant to changes in business practices and employment law thereafter. Designed and implemented an advanced performance management systems and career advancement programs that began with six (6) month orientation and career development platform.

Created “Management Boot Camp.” A training platform for anyone being promoted or directly hired into a management role, resulting in a 62% decrease in employee complaints of misconduct or mismanagement.
