Starbucks managers perform a variety of job duties, such as overseeing employees and communicating with regional and corporate offices. I make sure all operations adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Starbucks corporate offices. I am in charge of inventory control in our remote area as well as creating schedules and managing labor guidelines for 30+ partners.
