Moreover, I am excited to work in a new environment to gain additional experiences by facing new challenges that may arise while working.

Work

• I was working in Forward Technology Company which is specialized in dealing with banking, Governmental and private institutions, where I work in the field of research and development with regard to make studies about which is suitable systems can apply in it, also assisting in administrative works to facilitate communicate with these companies, and helping to providing different machines like counting money and performing maintenance for them.

• I was working at MADA company for call center in the position of technical support in call center, and from this work I have get very useful experience because there is many things facing you, like how to start solving problems with customers, and how to determine the problem experienced by the subscriber to get perfect solution for subscriber to avoid this problem again, moreover than how to get better understating how is the network and DNS is work.
