PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform facility inspection and report on condition affecting operation

Schedule, assign, and perform duties in carpentry, electrical painting, plumbing heating/ventilating, roofing and security

Snagging and inspection of new buildings

Prepare and submit summary report of conditions in buildings and recommend action to be taken

Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, fire/life safety, and other systems.

Knowledge of regulatory health and safety, environmental, fire protection and risk management polices and manage direct and indirect reports to compliance

Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required

Other assigned tasks as requested

Troubleshooting in electrical equipment panel boards, beakers and transformers power control circuits

Operation and maintenance of circuit breakers, capacitor bank, 100v, 200ah battery and rectifiers

Operation and maintenance of various types of relays such as over current, earth fault, distance relays, Auto reclosure relays, buchhoz relays, impedance relay etc.

Design installation & testing of earth system for the installation

Providing engineering support to al the activities and maintaining the quality of the work

Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns

Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed

Fitting new parts

Carrying out quality inspection

Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Stakeholder management internally and externally to building strong relationships

Knowledge of Microsoft’s word and excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situation

Excellent employee relations skills

Ability to understand and analyze budget & P & L Statements

Managerial and critical thinking skills

Facilities and utilities experience

UAD driving license holder

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

ITI- Electrician
