Initial drawing designing and obtaining local authority approvals for projects during the initial stage.

Regular site follow-up and attending main contractor inspections for all MEP services.

BOQ reviewing & approving as per the authority approved shop drawing.

Material submittal reviewing & approving as per the vendor list, authority regulations & standards.

Arranging weekly minutes of meeting with main contractor & subcontractor to ensure the activities carried out in projects as per project work program.

Reviewing the shop drawing submitted by main contractor and ensuring that design is matching with the initial design drawing & project requirement.

Verifying & approving variations if any submitted by main contractor for the ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities:-

Designing & obtaining authority approvals in shop drawing before initiating the work in all our design built projects.

Reviewing & verifying the materials submittals as per the contract vendor list before submitting to the consultant approval.

Post preparation to arrange all materials delivery as per scheduled project time frame program.

Coordinating with the site engineer & foreman's to get maximum productivity from the limited manpower & time frame without fail in safety measures at site.

Organizing the MEP work chart as per construction work program & ensure that the work carried out as per approved shop drawing.

Regular checking at site & ensure that work implemented at site meets the specification & requirement of consultant.

Attending site inspection with consultant to get approval for work done as per shop drawing.

Arranging subcontractors if required to increase productivity of work and scheduling the activities & task to finish the work in targeted date.

Coordinate with other project personnel to solve the technical issues during the implementation of MEP activities at site.

Arranging weekly site coordination meeting with all subcontractors to ensure the activities carried out in project.

Invoicing & preparing payment certificate for the project as per the work completed at site for monthly progress payment.

Design built project with lot of additional new requirement from client requested at final stage of project. Accomplished full scope of work and handed over before scheduled opening date.

WAREHOUSES AT MERGED PLOT, UMM AL THOUB, UAQ.

Project detail: 8 Warehouses + Service rooms

Handed over this project to client at end of Sept 2018 with time frame of 7months from project starting date.

SENAN LABOUR ACCOMMODATION, UMM AL THOUB, UAQ.

Project detail: G+2+R building. 300 rooms in 5 Blocks.

Handed over this project to client at the middle of MAR 2019. FIRE FIGHTING PROJECT ENGINEER

SHARJAH & AJMAN (Dec 2013 – Jan 2016)

Job Responsibilities:-

Designing the drawings as per NFPA standards & obtaining civil defense approvals for preliminary & shop drawing for fire alarm & firefighting system for our projects.

As a civil defense card holder in Sharjah & Ajman, handled & completed more high-rise tower projects in Sharjah.

Arranging the submittals for complete fire protection system materials approved by local civil defense & ensures the supplier having valid supply certificate.

Post preparation to arrange all materials delivery as per scheduled project time frame.

Regular checking at site & ensure that the work implemented at site meets regulations & requirement of civil defense.

Arranging inspections by zone wise for firefighting system pressure test & final fixing for fire alarm & other special systems as per authority approved drawing.

Attending contractors meeting with client & consultant in weekly basis to discuss about work progress and productivity.

Post preparation & final checking before civil defense inspection to ensure all systems are performing properly.
