Working as RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D) Engineer in ASET Institute of Technology, Chennai from 7 February 2020 till present. Achievements:

Bachelor’s Degree:

Mini Project: Coated bumper

Description: In this project, we coated a normal bumper with a Magnesium layer to make the bumper more lightweight and we made it more rigid to prevent impact damage to the driver and the vehicle.

Main project: Automatic Pneumatic Bumper with braking

Description: During an accident, this coated bumper mounted with an ultrasonic distance sensor to detect the obstacle, and before hitting the object, the pneumatic system will get activate and the bumper will pop out and it automatically applies brakes to prevent damage extending to the chassis and also saves the driver from the impact. Final Thesis Project: Design and Analysis of Racing Wheel Rim

Description: A Wheel of Formula One racing sports car was been designed with the use of CAD software and the inner diameter of the wheel rim was changed from 13 inches to 18 inches of the rim to decrease the tire diameter which results in decreased deformation and the rim material was analyzed with different materials using CAE software ANSYS. Strength:
