PROJECT BRIEF: The City of lights on Reem Island will be a breathtaking community set amidst a verdant water front oasis. Draped across 101 acres of land, the area Include commercial and residential properties, including hotels, offices, retail space and residential accommodation. The City of Light consists of five towers (C2, C3, C10, C10A and C11) ranging in height from 40 to 26 floors above podium level and total floor area of 300,900 square meters. C2 is 29-floor residential tower and C3 is a 25-floor residential tower above a 4-podium, Ground, lower ground, and 2-basement parking and services levels in between.C2 Tower; consists of 365 apartments and C3 Tower consists of 317 apartments. Residential towers C10 and C11 are 28 floors high above podiums, and C10A Office tower is 40 floors high.
