Technical Lead for a project to configure Xstore POS for the client Sleep Country Canada wherein I was required to understand the requirements and come up with a solution approach and tech design for implementation. Provided a full custom solution for order placements for which OMS, WMS, RMS and carrier service Omnitracs had to be integrated with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) as the middleware. Handled order fulfilment via flat files, returns verified and non-verified, complete module for sale of serialized As-Is items end to end. Piloted the team to successfully deliver the final build which is now in SIT phase.

Swarovski

Worked as a Technical Consultant for a project for the fine jewellery giants Swarovski where I configured XStore POS for different requirements like enhancing security features for all the stores, fiscalization and receipt for Mexico, new hardware configurations, Swarovski's tour and museum bookings, stock management etc.

Implemented Xstore for Kendra Scott, worked on deal configurations, return orders, booking kits etc.
