Autonomously directed and managed designated primary location including a team of one MD and nine employees. Created and implemented Office Policy and Procedures regarding patient intake, flow, and procedures for front office, clinical supervisor, medical assistants, and providers. Created and implemented Clinical Policy for specialty visits including but not limited to chronic migraines, Adult ADD, weight management, erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, kidney stones, arthritis, and chronic pain in accordance with highest national standards in each area.
