Experience:

I am currently working in the Coromandel fertilizers limited (CFL) as a shift engineer. Troubleshooting the process abnormalities, safety supervision, grade corrections, maintaining feed rates, productivity & yield, utilization of manpower. Good in Process safety management system (PSMS). Good communication in KAIZEN, 5S, OPL’s and maintaining SOP’S.

Having basic knowledge in the sulphuric acid plant and sulphur recovery plant. Having an experience in both Batch and continuous process is my advantage which helps to handle all kinds of startups and shutdown’s. I worked in the LG POLYMERS (LGPI) company for the 1year as shift-Incharge. I am solely responsible for the production, safety and quality of the product is my primary responsibility.

Continuous monitoring in DCS & Troubleshooting and making necessary changes in the operational parameters.
