I have been extensively involved in the full HR value chain. My responsibilities have included the implementation and monitoring of HR deliverables in support of business goals. This has involved support and advice to employees, coordination and implementation of HR processes, policies and procedures and recruitment within the business, as well as HR administration. I have been continuously involved with implementing and rolling out of HR projects e.g. performance management, industrial relations training for managers as well as the implementation of organisational structure changes.
