Recruiting highly specialized functional and Technical mid to senior level professionals for more involved in Contractual and permanent placement's

Coordinating with the candidates to turn up them to attend interviews at client location and getting feedback from the clients after completion of the interviews

Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.

Scheduling interviews like telephonic, Face to Face, Skype and Walk in Interviews to the candidates after Short listed by clients as per the client timing.

Gathering the requirement from the Recruitment Head or manager.

Screening and short listing the Relevant profiles according to Job Description initially from job portals like Monster and Naukri.

Working for Contract to Hire and Permanent requirements.

Follow-up with the offered candidates till joining and post joining follow-up

MIS reporting - Generation of daily, monthly, quarterly reports, joining reports, analysis and preparing metrics pertaining to the recruitment activity.

Playing the role of Employee Referral SPOC and planning the activities and events that would lead to enhance the referral hires.

Employee exit formalities which also will be done with proper document submission.
