I am a meticulous, dedicated design engineer with 5+ years’ experience in BIW welding fixture Concept design and drafting. Strong Working Knowledge in CAD software such as CATIA V5, Unigraphics and Basic knowledge of FITS, TOLERANCE AND GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994).

A-Pillar, B-pillar, Hood, Fender...

Design and detailing of Grippers like Handling Grippers, Process Gripper, and Combo Gripper.

Exposure to the concepts of mylers, console, and manufacturing parts their specifications, machining, measurements etc...

Created AML for kinematics and check clamp validation for all type clamp units

Check Payload for all type Gripper using KUKA Payload
