Over the years, have attained excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach towards modern manufacturing challenges. Have been part of projects with the primary focus on the manufacturing industry especially, Laser Welding, Electric Discharge Machining and CNC. Published three papers and have been part of four major fully sponsored projects. Expertise in making the design and analyses of fabrication work. Good team work capability on field and excellent project planner. Caliber to lead a team and persuade clients.

• Awarded with a bursary of 8200 GBP by Cranfield University for the 2019/2020 Master’s Program.

• Selected for fully sponsored project by Amarson Engineering pvt limited, the project was completed successfully before time.

PROJECTS & RESEARCH

• Analyzed on the “Effects of Parameters of Nd-YAG Laser Welding on AISI 316 Stainless Steel and Brass” at Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Tarapur and successfully published the work, which got recognized for the successful demonstration of complex preheating Brass (using same laser) before welding

• Researched on a fully funded project on “Optimization of EDM input parameters for SS-304 using GRA and Taguchi Analysis” at Amarson Engineering Pvt Ltd and Manipal University Jaipur, the project outcome was highly appreciated by the Amarson Engineering

• Investigated the “Effects of Laser welding input parameters on dissimilar metals using GRA and Taguchi Analysis ” at Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Tarapur and Manipal University Jaipur, this project helped to corelate the dependency of input parameter on the quality of dissimilar joints

• Researched and designed “Standard Stainless Steel Welded blocks with Intentionally Infused Weld Defects, for testing potential of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) equipment”, the project was carried out in collaboration with University of Strathclyde, UK

• Designed and proposed “An Innovative Fail-Proof Joint Design for Incorporation in Automobile Industry, for joining Stainless Steel to Copper using 2KW Laser with Galvoscanner”, this research was funded by SPI Lasers, UK PUBLISHED PAPERS
