Project Management as a Client representative at site.

Assisting Main Contractor to obtain clearance from various govt. Depts. for the fencing permit, building permit, piling permit etc.

Supervision/Inspecting of day to day construction activities at site starting from soil Investigation, excavation, shoring works, De watering works, pile foundation, testing of piles, sub structure water proofing, substructure /super structure concreting works. Roof waterproofing works, finishing works such as block works, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, Architectural elevation works, water supply and drainage with pressure testing of pipes conducted by the Main Contractor.

Reviewing Material Submittals/shop drawings submitted by Main Contractor.

Coordination with electrical, HVAC & Firefighting designs related to civil works.

Inspecting and witnessing various materials and activities and forwarding the comments related to the work to the Main Contractor in line with the Client Specification requirements.

Reviewing/providing approval for the field change request (FCR) forwarded by Main Contractor.
