Managed to perform and execute on a high level with each position of Concierge, Bellman and Doorman ; often working all roles in a single shift.
Doorman
• Created a Loading Zone for the Hotel before the city granted the company with one, by placing cones in front of the establishment. The General manager was very pleased with this creative idea and thanked me for my forward thinking . It helped save the Hotel an extreme amount of money on Parking tickets, Which would've also caused a bad Experience for our Guests. It served us well until we received a loading zone .
• Was often asked to participate in the help with Flim Junkets and Movie Premieres. Working closely with Hollywood 5 star celebrities.
• Provided professional service to each Guest as they entered and left the Hotel.
• Helped to create a warm, friendly environment for Guest's upon entry or departure.
• Learned to identify and respond by name to every returning Guest. 1. I was listed and mentioned in Trip advisory on several occasions for my passion, professionalism and Enthusiasm towards the Hotel Guests and Restaurant patrons.
Bellman
• Provided the service of carrying the Guests luggage and items with Great Care.
