• Supervised master schedule maintenance for dissemination to all staff leads including Production Manager, Talent Logistics Manager, Head of Audience Experiences/Catering, and CV-19 Head Officer.

• Generated financial royalty reports for the subsidiary film and publishing entities related to Puffs.
• Created and edited: pitch decks, investor reports, press clippings, budgets, production schedules, scripts, script summaries, artist/designer contracts, contact sheets, and other administrative documents.
