CARDIOVASCULAR INTENSIVE CARE UNIT TEMP NURSE EDUCATOR // OCTOBER 17, 2018 – NOVEMBER 16, 2018
I was chosen to fill in for our unit educator while she was out on leave. This challenged me and greatly expanded my knowledge of critical care. I also got to work on revamping my unit’s education system as we hire many new employees. Because of my success in this role they are asking me to continue working with our unit’s education and lead the heart admission training program 2018-2019.

Registered Nurse, BSN – Florida Hospital, Orlando, FL
Knowledgeable about critical care, able to time manage well, works well with coworkers, helpful to new employees, able to function and communicate well under pressure and in stressful situations. An asset to the unit due to my flexibility and ability to motivate myself to assist others on the unit without specific direction from the nurse management team. Always a team player and a “go-to” employee.
Great interpersonal relationships with both day shift and night shift from working both shifts when staffing was short
Assisted in precepting many students and successfully oriented them to the unit
