Member of a team responsible for the design/support and maintenance of multiple Citrix farms across the U.S. including 5,559 published applications on 2,305 XenApp 6.5/7x servers with 40,000 concurrent users. Accepted offer to transfer to the corporate enterprise Citrix team after a proven track record supporting a regional sites datacenter in Columbus Ohio.

Planned and executed XenApp 6.5 to 7.15 Citrix farm migrations for Columbus’s “Mount Carmel Health Systems” 700+ published applications and 200 servers increasing manageability through a single consolidated farm at Trinity Health System’s corporate enterprise datacenter.

Implemented server/network monitoring to notify support staff of issues/outages with email/paged alerts and using automated corrective scripting to resolve problems in most cases before end-user awareness.

Added centralized server backup solution with offsite / onsite backup rotation using internal SAN storage and Tape Libraries replacing backup software and tape drives individually installed on each server resource.
