Direct, supervise, and develop maintenance and construction of outdoor facilities consisting of 100-acre campus, along with 100 acres of multiple off-campus rental properties
Manage care and plant selection of a diverse urban forest of approximately 800 trees, derived from 52 genera and 72 species
Perform landscape design for campus and the University President’s home using AutoCad
Supervised the maintenance of Division I Athletic Facilities (Soccer, Softball, Baseball)
Implemented a seed and sapling collection program, using such to develop a campus tree nursery
Coordinate maintenance of Class of 1955 Rose Garden with Master Gardeners
Oversight of motor pool maintenance including preventative and routine maintenance and repairs
Developed Access database for grounds and vehicle maintenance work orders, tracking, and cost accounting
Obtained permits and determined needs to interface with local utilities through collaboration with local planning and governmental agencies
