I have twenty years of clinical and administrative experience developing and creating human service programs for special needs populations especially residential programs serving children and adults. While working in the human services industry full-time, I began my college career at Ramapo College of New Jersey where I received a Bachelor of Social Work in 1996 and moving on to Marywood University to earn a Master of Social Work degree in 2001. In addition, held various professional licenses and certifications in the areas of clinical social work, substance abuse, domestic violence and developmental disabilities. Previously held executive leadership positions of Vice President and Assistant Vice President in two of New Jersey’s non-profit human services agencies. My leadership assisted each agency in expansion of service delivery, state funding and accreditation and developing New Jersey’s first children's intensive residential treatment facility. EDUCATION:
