Work Experience

19+ years of experience in Product Engineering and Manufacturing & Service Operations -Supported to Achieving Organizational Goals and objectives, solid credentials with a proven track record in enhancing productivity with good interpersonal and managerial skills. Where my area of expertise includes the Product engineering of the Digital Switching Systems, IVR Systems, LTG Systems, Mobile phones, Network Accessories Products, UPS & Inverters, GSM & CDMA Mobiles, FCT, FWT, Training and support for Manufacturing & Service operators and technicians, First pass yield improvement, throughput improvement activities and successfully manage all phases of NPI activities.

It is doing good support, work to the engineering students and making them up with the electronics knowledge. Doing mobile servicing, project work with very good quality and servicing also.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete servicing of Handsets servicing such as GSM, CDMA Mobiles.

Doing service level L1,L2,L3,L4.

Component soldering and replacing by soldering iron & BGA Rework Stations.

Explanation about the product to customers.

Maintaining inventory of Spare parts.

Provide training for Service Technicians & Operators in new Products & technologies.

Organize periodic meeting with service technicians to sort out various problems faced by them.

Monitoring the output and the quality of the service team.

Planning the repair strategy, turn around time (TAT) and work flow.

Troubleshooting of GSM Base Station Transceiver Units (ERICSSON Networks),GSM & CDMA Mobile Phones,

Analyzing and servicing 3rd and 4th level of GSM & CDMA Mobile phones.

Providing technical training to Service Technicians for servicing GSM & CDMA mobiles and GSM Base Station Transceiver Units.

Planning, monitoring & control for service spares to all the Branches, Provide Training & online Technical support for Service Technicians.

Ucom Technologies Pvt Ltd is Korea based multinational company and its parent company is Accord CCS (Singapore). The companies have 150 ASC in India. The company provides the servicing of GSM/CDMA mobile phone. The company provides the service for LG, MOTOROLA, TATA INFOTEL, ALCATEL, BIRD, SANDO, and HUANDAI. The company provides the L-4 level servicing for LG, MOTOROLA, HUANDAI, TATA INFOTEL and L-2 level for remaining companies.

Job Responsibilities:

Upgrading software for different GSM/CDMA Mobile Handsets such as Alcatel, Sendo, GTran, TATA WALKY (Axesstel).

One of C-DOT manufacturers and specialized with Digital Switching Systems, LTG Systems, HDSL Modems and IVR products. Reporting to Managing Director, based in Bangalore in supporting the Service Operations, where the responsibility includes.

Job Responsibilities:

Assembling, validation, servicing of New Digital Switching System Cards (C-DOT Technology) and dedicated Hardware Cards for testers.

Component level Servicing and testing of faulty Cards.

Hands on Experience in Handling Universal Programmer for Flash, EEPROM, etc.,

Worked with C-DOT 256 RAX, AN-RAX and MAX Switches, SDH (Optical Transmission Equipments).
