Work Experience
19+ years of experience in Product Engineering and Manufacturing & Service Operations -Supported to Achieving Organizational Goals and objectives, solid credentials with a proven track record in enhancing productivity with good interpersonal and managerial skills. Where my area of expertise includes the Product engineering of the Digital Switching Systems, IVR Systems, LTG Systems, Mobile phones, Network Accessories Products, UPS & Inverters, GSM & CDMA Mobiles, FCT, FWT, Training and support for Manufacturing & Service operators and technicians, First pass yield improvement, throughput improvement activities and successfully manage all phases of NPI activities.

Job Responsibilities:
Complete servicing of Handsets servicing such as GSM, CDMA Mobiles.
Doing service level L1,L2,L3,L4.
Component soldering and replacing by soldering iron & BGA Rework Stations.
Explanation about the product to customers.
Maintaining inventory of Spare parts.
Provide training for Service Technicians & Operators in new Products & technologies.

Troubleshooting of GSM Base Station Transceiver Units (ERICSSON Networks),GSM & CDMA Mobile Phones,
Analyzing and servicing 3rd and 4th level of GSM & CDMA Mobile phones.

The company provides the L-4 level servicing for LG, MOTOROLA, HUANDAI, TATA INFOTEL and L-2 level for remaining companies.

Assembling, validation, servicing of New Digital Switching System Cards (C-DOT Technology) and dedicated Hardware Cards for testers.
