• SCOPE OF WORK:

Lusail Plaza Infrastructure, an execution Project Infra-structure, Under Pass Roads, Tunnel, Car park, Metro Station (LRT Station) and Landscape.

Responsibilities: Site supervision for concrete and steel works (Rah Foundations & walls), Execution of car park underground, tunnel concrete walls and slabs, road ramps, metro station structural wok and finishing fit-out execution of form works with DOKA, PERI and RMDK, also Rah

foundations with Qty. Min. 2000 cm3 per week, also following tests and civil work such as (Bore holes, water proofing spray membrane & PVC T- Lock, plate load tests), also with finishing activities after concrete pouring. Project was Under PMC (Parsons) and Supervision Consultant

(Dorsch Qatar),

Project budget: 1.3 billion Dollar $

• Responsible for construction of all di ff erent structure elements

• Construction of most of walls zone 4 up to 18m height casing one time with self-compacting concrete.

• Construction of all west ramps including geo technical works, blinding concrete, waterproofing, mass concrete., infill concrete

• Construction of main Rafts with thickness up to 3.5 meters.

• Construction of bridge and pergola slaps ( shoring sca ff olding

, steel, formworks )

• Responsible of all Utilities work ( storm water, potable water, Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE), Telecom, LV, ELV, )

• Responsible of all Substation 3 Structure & Utilities and Finishing works

The work was high building Piles on a machine implementation of the CFA and steel pile and isolated footing, combined footing, strap beam, shallow foundation and flat slab, solid slab, hollow block, columns, beam, and finishes and paint work and Plumbing and electrocution works and implementation of destinations and full implementation of insulation. Do all finishing work like installation of doors, windows, paint work, the installation of air-condition, floors insulation, lighting works, marble and do all work for decoration.
