• Managed and Supervised first shift team members. Trained, evaluated and conducted safety training as well as refresher trainings on company processes and rules. Led the Safety trainings for all new hires in orientation. Trained and certified new employees on MHE. Worked diligently on maintaining a close watch on labor costs and OPEX.

• Ordered all packaging materials as well as pallets and supplies for production needs.

During the transition phase from the original facility in San Bernardino ti the new facility in Rancho Cucamonga, I was sent to a co-packer facility to manage the production process until the new facility was being completed.
