Specifications, Drawings and Method of statements.
Planning of material and manpower to achieve the target as per schedule.
Material management and follow-up with Procurement department.
Preparation/Implementing preventive and corrective actions to avoid the mistakes.
Co-ordination with Consultants and Contractors for smooth site execution.
Preparation and submission of Material submittals and Method of statement.
Preparation of reports.
Arranging and Attending Site meetings concerning the work progress.
And verifying of weekly progress report.
Reporting to higher authorities, construction engineers, consultants and end users.
observation reports SOR’s and Non conformance reports NCR’s.
Rising of RFI’s if it requires.
Assisting Technicians and erection contractors for Testing & Commissioning.
Attending the safety site walks and meetings with consultant and clients.
Have ability to work on Erection of equipments and Units for Commercial and light commercial HVAC system.
Have ability to work on system breakdowns Maintenance services.
Hands on experience on HAP software for Heat load calculation of HVAC System.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES .
Reviewing the design/shop drawing/ Working drawing.
Always following the updated / revised drawing and submitting the
variation report to the contracts dept.
Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
Coordinating with other trades civil, electrical,electronics, and finishing to
avoid repetitive work.
Rewieving and proposing weekly report and submitting to the Higher officials.
Coordinating with various dept. Survey, Electrical, Electronics, Safety etc. for uninterrupted progress of work and happy to deliver the project on time and with zero errors and snags.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Erection maintenance and service of all kinds of HVAC works.
Good knowledge of Ms-Office, Open-Office, AUTO CAD.
