● Visited sites during the pre-serial production of Gamesa Central Inverter -2.25MW/ 2.5 MW inverter

● Developed equipment technical specification, cabling, panel requirement and test required for Upgradeable Test Bench from 2.5MVA to 3.6MVA solar inverter at Nellore, Karnataka as per MNRE requirement 2018.

● Container development for 1500V inverter

● Assured that project designs and installations met all relevant safety regulations as well as client requirements, while constructing standard operating procedures.

● Well versed in IEC standards of Grid Tied Inverters and prepared detailed IEC standard requirement documents for Grid tied inverters.

● Testing of Inverter against Environmental Standard in ARAI Testing Centre Pune.

● Performed plant analysis with respect to PV syst analysis for potential energy loss calculation and cost saving with respect to module selection of different manufacturers.

● Creation of Solar calculator which includes selection of solar panels, cables, inverters

● Plant analysis (2017-2018) with respect to real time solar generation for the site MMCL & CBM using DRPC controller in 1.4 MVA central Inverter to identify any underperformance issues for inverters.

● Developed Cost optimization solution for renewable energy in terms of design change, selection of components etc.

● Study of single phase & three phase power analysis -MATLAB

● Presentation of the engineering component of the proposal on high-level meeting and conferences.
