QA/QC&PMC

• Carry out inspection and checking for all construction activity as per Specification and project Quality plan.

• Co ordination with architects & consultants on determining technical specifications and requirements.

• Manage the construction works including site measurements, reviewing designs and drawings, while ensuring compliance with Quality assurance plans.

• Reviews Lab/field test reports of materials/works as per approved inspection and test plan.

Prepare the Method statement for activities as per relavant Specification.

• Organize &conduct Quality audits with the co-ordination of all concerned department at site level.

• Monitor the all project construction activities and taken care of QA/QC documents of entire

project,Certificates,calibrations,test results, Inspection results,Non-complience reports.

• Carry out the Audits Inspection of supplier and sub contractor, conduct the good practice training to site staffs and sub contractor staffs &workers.

• Co-ordinate with execution team during testing of material/work and recommend the corrective

and preventive actions to control the non confirming product/works
