• Developed Excel-based tools using VBA language for FS-Transition practice under BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) vertical to reduce efforts and time of users.

• Provide solutions for transition segment (process and timeline) for Request for Proposals.

• Part of innovation team of making transition solutions as per Agile methodology. PROJECTS

• AI assisted tumor resection surgery, Cornell University Design was composed of contrast agent, detection modality and HoloLens. My focus was on finding and working with contrast agent. Microbubbles was used as contrast agent, ultrasound as detection modality and testing was done on phantom model of tumor. US Images were processed, rendered, and fed to HoloLens emulator.

• Check GAPDH gene expression in Human Oral Cancer cells, IIT Guwahati RNA was isolated and its purity was confirmed by absorbance A260/280 ratio. RNA was reverse transcribed into cDNA and was amplified using PCR and then RT-qPCR was used.

• Cloning of GFP gene into plasmid cloning vector, IIT Guwahati GFP gene cloned into plasmid cloning vector of E.coli and confirmed by observing green colonies under UV light. Four techniques were used – PCR amplification, Plasmid Ligation, E.coli transformation and Antibiotic selection

• Partial purification of alkaline phosphate from potato and desalting of purified fraction, IIT Guwahati Dialysis was performed and dialyzed sampled used for SDS-PAGE. Alkaline phosphate activity was estimated, and fold purification was calculated.

• Antibody Capture ELISA, IIT Guwahati

Indirect Elisa method was performed, and concentration of antibody was determined from the standard curve prepared from the data produced by serial dilutions.

• Study of interactions between surface proteins of human MSCs and HSCs, IIT Guwahati First all the possible interactions that can happen were predicted and then important interactions were found among them as well as studying structural aspects of these interactions.

• Synonymous codon usage in VP1, VP2, VP3 genes of chicken anemia virus, IIT Guwahati Study is conducted to understand the characteristics of the CAV encoded viral protein genes for its codon usage.
