• Project Manage the External Works on the UCD Student Residence Masterplan Phase 1 Project.

• The project, €100 package, consists of the construction of three buildings within the UCD Campus; two residential blocks and a student centre. The student centre includes an auditorium, retail units, gym and studio apartments. The residential blocks, Black D and Black E, include 880 student bedrooms.

• Primary liaison with client regarding all satellite works outside the site boundary.

• Employed on a contract basis with Coleman Rail which is a construction contractor specialising in Metro, Freight & Heavy Haul and Light Rail infrastructure.

• Assisted the bid team in putting together the tender for the Murray Basin Rail Project which involves standardising and increasing the axle loading of the rail freight lines servicing 780km of track in Victoria’s

(Australia) north west.

• Responsible for the delivery of a range of heavy rail projects; carrying out project schedules, accurate budget reporting, and resource management and post tender administration.

• Activities include a hands-on approach which entailed leading the civil project team and supervising all site activities and managing all key stakeholders to ensure the project objectives were met.
