Implementation of ISO: 17025: 2017 and ISO 9001:2015 in the laboratory.

Development of the thermal analysis technique including the device selection.

Research and development of the new grades of Ferrosilicon based materials to improve the properties of Ductile Iron, Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI) and Grey Iron.

Developed alloy tested in Base cast iron melted by induction furnace by applying different foundry process parameters to produce the ductile iron/compacted graphite iron and finally validate the experiments by design of experiments methods.

Quantify the quality of the liquid melt ((Homogeneous by ATAS by Novacast) and Heterogeneous alloys (Developed In-house)) using different thermocouple systems to capture the behavior of the liquid metals.

Experience in the green sand and CO2 sand/sodium silicate sand system in the foundry. Membership in organizations:
