Hurley Medical Center – Flint, MI – IT Application Analyst II Sept 2017- Jun 2020

Security Analyst for Epic (Patient EMR) system. Responsible for granting access to Hurley personnel, contractors, students, community providers and volunteers using Active Directory. Project Intake Coordinator for PPMO Participant in Employee Engagement Team to establish Information Technology on-boarding process. Enhanced the process for EpicCare link access by assuring legal agreements were signed by 80 % of the community providers and organizations.

Ascension Information Systems – Grand Blanc, MI – IT Project Manager Oct 2015- February 2017

Managed ministries within Ascension Health Systems: Milwaukee, Daughters of Charities, Waco Texas, Amherst, NY, Bingham, NY, Indianapolis and Anderson, IN. Responsible for the remediation/upgrade of 2003 and SQL 500+ servers for each ministry. Executed and tracked the infrastructure work across server teams that included overall project scheduling, assuring Network Security and/or HIPAA/HITECH Security standards maintained. The systems included EHR, Merge, Cerner, AllScripts, Radiology, CSM Cardio, Muse, Cyrus and ILM Archiving. Communicated project status to upper management.

Symantec Corp - Project Manager 2012-2015

Managed multiple projects for Symantec Infrastructure including PCI Cardholder Data Separation to comply with payment card industry (PCI) standards activities enabling effective updating of various scripts to all (100+) servers. Managed Veritas upgrade for all servers in an expedited three month timeframes.
