I am pleased to learn that you are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join your team. With more than five years of experience as an Events & Communications Director, I have produced and managed a vast variety of high level events and programs in a fast paced environment. This required the ability to problem solve, maintained and execute timelines for multiple events simultaneously, provide effective communication, while coordinating all event logistics. With owning these events, came with building positive relationships with vendors, volunteers, committee/board members along with event goers.

While at Protolabs, I oversaw the marketing programs and cultivated partnerships that allowed for continued brand growth with key partners like the TV Show BattleBots, Cleveland Clinic Innovations, top Universities and more. I managed partnerships from end-to-end which included; building partnership strategy, working with legal to negotiate contracts, execution plan, building the marketing strategy and worked closely with our PR agency to develop a PR plan/timeline for announcement of the partnership project.

I also managed the Cool Idea Award program, which awarded over $250,000 in manufacturing grants to new and innovate products. I grew the program by segmenting the award to our target verticals, which included a Healthcare Innovation Award. With managing this program, I oversaw the entire application process, on-boarded new winners, worked cross functionally to successful make sure the winner’s product was produced and shipped correctly. Once ordering was complete, I worked directly with our PR agency to develop a strategy to effective tell the winner’s story. I also had the opportunity to stretch my talents and act as interim Marketing Project Manager. Within that, I discovered that my experience as a Director of Events awarded me the same skill sets needed to execute as a Project Manager. A detailed oriented eye for seeing projects through, leadership in a collaborative environment, and clear communication to all Stakeholders. I also gained my Certified Professional Project Management (CPPM) certificate from St. Thomas University. This helped with managing the team's day-to-day marketing projects, executing the company’s service line launches, marketing promotional campaigns and implementing cross-functional communication strategy, much like what you are looking for in this role.
