PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Project Management (PM) Methodology and Standards Lead on an SAP ERP integration project for a large utilities company. As the PM for Methodology and Standards on this major systems integration project I was responsible managing multiple efforts across the program. My primary objective was to drive standards and define methods in order to manage all program deliverables and phase gate criteria across all functional and technical areas of the 16 independent teams on the program. This included auditing of the prior phase deliverables as well as establishing current processes for future phase work leveraging project management tools – MS DevOps, MS SharePoint and MS Power BI. I was also responsible the for collaborating with the Infrastructure and Architecture teams to produce integrated system application landscape and infrastructure landscape diagrams representing the current and to-be state. In addition to this, I managed an initiative to develop solutions for the business users which would allow them to access legacy data for conversion applications that would no longer be available as a result of the integration project go-live. This included gathering functional and technical requirements and developing an action plan to incorporate the solutions into the integrated program plan. Total Contract Value (TCV): ~$20MM

IT PM for a supermajor Oil & Gas company.

IT Project Manager for multiple workstreams responsible for delivering critical applications to the Gulf of Mexico operations and business unit. The Health Environment and Safety (HES) organization contracted with an outside vendor to implement a permitting application that will increase rigor around the permitting process and rolled out to all Gulf of Mexico offshore rigs. In this role I was responsible for executing project timelines, scope, resources, vendor management, and all tasks related to end- to-end project management. Reported status to IT Leadership and delivered phase gate presentations to the business unit steering committee on a monthly basis. TCV: ~$200K

• Global Delivery Lead on an SAP ERP system rollout for a Global FPSO client in the Oil & Gas industry. Global Delivery Lead managing a ~$5MM outsourcing contract supporting the client’s SAP ERP system & AWS hosting services. With a global team of ~35-40 resources across four continents supporting global business units, I was also responsible for managing the transition to support services for the release of the ERP system to North America users. I regularly collaborated with key stakeholders and Sr. Leadership, as well as managed budget, scope, staffing, deployments, integrated timelines, stakeholder engagement, SLA performance and governance support. TCV: $5MM

PMO Lead on a ~$35MM SAP ERP transformation program for a specialty hydrocarbon products company. Project Management Office Lead for an ERP transformation project responsible for establishing and managing all PMO related activities for a multi-workstream program of ~120 resources (on/offshore). I reported directly to the Client Account Lead and client Sr. IT Leadership Team. In this role, I managed all PMO activities including scope, deliverables, timelines and integrated project plans, and project financial utilizing a team of four resources. I developed, implemented and maintained key project processes: integrated project plan across multiple functional workstreams, governance, change requests, RAID, forecasting, resource management, invoice management and status reporting. TCV: ~$35MM

IT PM for a major regional utilities company.

Project Manager responsible for developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management including project plans and estimates, stakeholder engagement, scope management, forecasting and requirements through implementation and deployment of a custom vendor developed application delivering new payment channels to thousands of end user customers. Collaborated with key business stakeholders to manage the vendor relationship through the planning and design phases and presented weekly status reporting and monthly steering committee with core project details. Managed a team of functional and technical analysts. TCV of ~$2.5MM

IT PM Consultant/Business Architect for a supermajor Oil & Gas company. Served as a Business PM advisor to the Upstream Capability Reservoir Management (RM) GM in the Upstream Data Foundation Program. Collaborated with senior data foundation stakeholders and application owners across 20+ global business units to assess the current state view of standard and in-development applications in order to define adoption utilization and identify opportunities for application rationalization in order to drive standardization and reduce costs across business units. Lead all efforts related to timelines, execution plans, budgets and presentations to the RM GM and the global steering team. TCV: ~$50K

Sr. Client Services Lead/PM delivering outsourcing implementation and support services to clients. Collaborated with clients across various industries (Resources, Technology, Healthcare, Food Services) to implement and provide operational support services for their complex benefits administration programs by defining functional and technical requirements, designing, building and deploying solutions for the client’s end user base ranging in size from 5,000 – 50,000 end users. My teams operationalized custom ongoing data files (HRIS, payroll and eligibility files) and key processes leveraging lean methodologies in order to exceed SLA expectations and drive productivity.
