ACADEMIC PROJECT

TITLE : MICROWAVE ASSISTED DRYING OF BIOMATERIAL.

Objective : The objective of the study was to compare the convective and microwave technique for coconut drying using convective hot air oven at 60, 70, 80 and 90 C and microwave oven at 100, 250 and 400W and to determine better drying conditions for production of desiccated coconut.
