As relationship manager, was responsible for, and championed, the industry’s largest Exchange Traded Funds project and roll-out (iShares) to date. The project included successfully launching 40 funds totaling $3Billion dollars. Ensured the timeliness and preparedness of the Bank’s back-office operation including regular updates to senior management.

Managed the P&L, negotiated new contracts and facilitated the extension of existing agreements with numerous clients for a total value exceeding $37 million dollars in new revenue.

Directly responsible for cross- selling additional services by applying product and industry knowledge into intelligent, robust presentations. Cross-sold in excess of $2 million dollars of new revenue.

Featured speaker and round table guest at several industry conferences, (NICSA, ICI), demonstrating industry knowledge and presentation skills, while representing my employer.

Senior Director, Client Management

Ultimately responsible for the delivery of custody, fund accounting, mutual fund administration and transfer agency services to six highly sensitive, strategic clients including Barclays Global Investors; the Bank’s largest client. Formed significant relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborated with them to understand and accomplish their goals and objectives. Worked closely with internal operations groups to prioritize the timely delivery of client requests.

Negotiated three multi-year contract extensions securing a minimum of $15million dollars of annual revenue to the Bank; (BGI, Wm. Blair & Co., Copeland Companies).

As client manager was directly responsible for the successful rollout and implementation of the back- office operation for Barclays Global Investors iShares product as it related to Investors Bank & Trust. Coordinated and monitored all of the Bank’s efforts in respect to operational preparedness, communication and approval with NSCC, DTC, and AMEX.

Continue to ensure the timely and appropriate rollout of new Exchange Traded Funds at Investors Bank.

Successfully negotiated a contractual agreement and ensured the successful conversion of assets for E*Trade Funds from the previous service provider.

Directly responsible for four large and highly sensitive clients totaling more than $80 billion dollars in assets and three million shareholder accounts. Effectively managed client priorities and expectations, in a manner consistent with Investor Services Group’s direction and profitability.
